  • Before work commences on site, we can attend any "Tender Stage Interviews" to help in the selection of  a Clients preferred Builder/Contractor;

 

  • If the scheme goes live on site, then we can offer on site stage Inspections to make sure that the build process is correct and that the works are in accordance with the Architects drawings and the specifications, also to work with the Design Team and Client regard any technical advise required;

 

  • During the construction stage we can offer to attend any progress meetings, where the Client, Design Team and Builder/Contractor would be present,  we would report on our site observations and make any recommendations to help the build process move forward;

 

  • On completion of the project we can carry out a final "Client" snagging site inspection, which would be seperate from the Builders/Contractors snagging. This will ensure the works have been completed to a high standard and the Project is ready for Client occupation, along with any Safety Certification in place.
